I actually stumbled upon "Broken" when I googled "easter drama malaysia 2008" last night. Was delighted to see my long lost friend, Cheng Jin, in it. First time in Glad Tidings and definitely won't be my last..

Yes.. I related a lot with the drama and thought it was beautifully done. It was very real and quite touching. Great acting, great story, great props, great production:)

i loved it! very professionally done! congratulations to all involved!
of course, the cruxifician (did i spell that right? haha) scene where the nails are drived into Jesus' hands and feet will always, always be the most heartwrenching scene that brings the ultimate reality to my life.
the battle between between the angels and demons were EXCELLENT! so kewl! go angels!
all in all, to God be the glory! the reality of His love is wonderfully translated in this drama.

Very well done by all, very touching and really speaks to the heart, one they can relate to their own lives, Some were sobbing behind me. It's great we can feedback, blog is great. One thing observed for nearly every GT presentation we've had for years. The GT audience really need to be trained and REMINDED at the start to REFRAIN/ NOT TO clap until the end when they're told to. As the audience get so absorbed into the story, and how it relates to their own lives, then change scene, sudden darkness and people start clapping, making "some not so absorbed" ones fly back to the present and keep been reminded at every change scene, "Oh, it's just a play, that's all..." Noticed many churches, keep emphasizing this point at the start of the drama, so believe it's important we take heed for coming ones, I hope... goes for every other distractions as well...mobile etc, to remind them of it. Thank you.

The most touching moment for me was the moment Eddy walked to the gallows having finally accepted Jesus. I shed tears recollecting the reality of man's life in this world. Eddy was trying to do what a father or husband would be expected to do ie. providing for the family. He started off with good intentions but ended in tragedy because he trusted the world. In the pursuit of good life, the drama clearly redefined the road to peace.....the peace in Christ. Many of us know this but are not awakened to this fact. The drama tells it all....there is no other way but the way of the Lord.

Needless to say, my heartfelt thanks to the casts for their availability in obedience and love for the message of salvation.

This was truly an amazing production. I loved the scene when Eddie walks into the safe and loving arms of Jesus after his hanging. It's this blessed hope that we all have. It's a wonderful free gift from an awesome God who never stops loving us. That scene spurs me on in my own walk and brought tears to me eyes. As i write this, i am tearing too! Woo hoo! Glory to God! Good Job to the Team!

thumbs up to the brokeN team :) my fav part would definitely be the angels vs demon scene. Most powerful line would have to be "into your hands i commit my...spirit".

i recently lost a family member. Whilst praying throughout the first few days, God showed me a vision of my uncle...all healthy, smiling and anew...just like how Eddie was...when he was walking towards Jesus...painless and not limping. That was my touching moment :)

Good job once again & God bless!
